Roleplay is done on RP Central and counts as part of 'workrate.'

What counts as workrate: Submitted news items, columns, matchwriting, card segments, etc.

Workrate is judged by Chad, and sometimes by other staff bookers. Keep in mind that angles also play a role in the results of matches. However, roleplay is always rewarded. It could be in the immediate match, in the matches a character is booked in, or in the results of future matches.

Also be aware that before progressing to main event status, Chad has been known to 'test' a handler's resolve in various ways. Reaching main event status means not only mastering roleplay, both promo and storyline, but knowing how to successfully create and run angles, put other characters over, etc.
