SUPER BOWL BLAST '95 January 1995 Main Event: WHEEL OF DEATH Match ------------------------------------------------------------ (CSWA logo appears on screen) (Into music play as camera pans all of the 100 select fans in the Thomas Studio, a part of the Thomas Indoor/Outdoor Stadium complex) Bill Buckly: Hello wrestling fans, I'm Bill Buckly and welcome to the SUPER BOWL BLAST PREGAME SHOW! We're here in our new studio..Sammy the space here is much smaller than what we're used to, but I like the idea of getting back to basics.. Sammy Benson: There's nothing I'd rather do than waste another Saturday night in a cramped room filled with a bunch of Sweatin' to the Oldies rejects! Bill Buckly: I see you're your usually cheerful self... Sammy Benson: Of course! In one day, Windham's career will be over, HORNET injured, and Ray S. Cornette will own the CSWA! Yea, I guess you could say I'm upbeat! Bill Buckly: Benson, in the next hour we'll have some in depth interviews with a few of the stars here in the CSWA!! We'll annouce the Ultratitle seeds...chat with Stan Parsons, and Rudy Seizter!! And in the first ever match here at the Studio, Joey Melton will go one on one with Tsunami!!! Sammy Benson: Wait a minute, Miss Hooters is in the building? Bill Buckly: That's right... Sammy Benson: Which one is free...The ticket or.. Bill Buckly: With no further delay, let's get to the point! The reason we're holding this show! Ladies and Gentlemen, let's go to Rudy Seizter and CSWA Majority BOD owner Ray S. Cornette! As they'll unveil the ULTRATITLE SEEDS!!! Sammy Benson: Does this place have room service...? Hey, Bud, get me a Coke will ya? Bill Buckly: Sammy, that's Vice-president Jon Katz...! Sammy Benson: Whoops! Jon, bring Bill one too! BB: Now we'll go down to Rudy and Ray S.! Rudy: Thanks, Bill. RSC: I'll take over from here, Rudy. The CSWA is proud to announce the seeds and first round matches for its 1995 ULTRATITLE Tournament. This year's Tournament includes wrestlers from leagues all over the world, as well as some of the best, and worst, CSWA wrestlers. The field of 256 is the best I've ever seen assembled everywhere. Without any further adieu, here are the Ultratitle's first round matches. Now you may proceed, Rudy. Rudy: Thanks a lot. The Ultratitle field is divided into the Eastern and Western Conferences. The conferences are then divided into two divisions, made up of 64 men each. Each division has its own #1 seed. First, here are the #1 seeds of each division. In the Western Conference's Midwest Division, the #1 seed is JACK "SUMMER" SAMSON!! The Southwest Division's top seed is a former AAWC World, UFWL world, and GFWA World Champion, just to name a few! He is "MARVELOUS" MIKE CHAIN!!!! The Eastern Conference's Eastern Division #1 seed is also the #1 contender to the Unified World Champion, as well as the current Enterprise World Heavyweight Champion, "DEVASTATING" MIKE RANDALLS. And the final #1 seed comes in the Southeast Division. It's no surprise, because he's the Unified World Heavyweight Champion, HORNET!!! Those are your four top seeds in the ULTRATITLE Tournament! And now, here are the brackets for the Tournament's first round: ULTRATITLE TOURNAMENT '95 First Round Matches EASTERN CONFERENCE Southeast Division MEMPHIS BRACKET #1 Hornet vs. #64 Carl Brigsby #32 All-American vs. #33 Rudy's Ranger #17 Zeppelin Zephyr vs. #48 S. Bill Buckly: For those of you watching at home, I remind you that Sammy's views are not those of U-62 or the CSWA! Sammy Benson: I'm right, and they're wrong! Bill Buckly: Oh, brother. To kick off our first match in the Studio, let's go to Rhubarb Jones!!! (10 yards away) Rhubarb Jones: Ladies and Gentlemen, tonight's Even is one fall TV time remaining!! (2001 space odyessy plays) Sammy Benson: Here comes the man!! Rhubarb Jones: First, from New York, New York....standing at 6'0"...weighing in at 221 lbs...a former two-time Unified World Heavyweight Champion, defending Ultratitle champion, former United States champion, former National champion, former CSWA Presidential champion, 7-time Intracontential champion, and current USN Heavyweight Champion, joined by his manager Miss Hooters, this is 'Arrogance' Joeyyyyyyyy Melllllton!!!! (crowd mixed reaction) His opponent, from Land of the rising sun, he's a former World Junior Champion, this is Tsunami!!!! He's led to ringside by "Hardcore" Jimmy V!!! Bill Buckly: Tsunami storms the ring and attacks Melton before he can take off his rope!! Hey, he just threw Miss Hooters over the Top Rope!! Sammy Benson: Oh, the humanity!! Bill Buckly: Tsunami goes to work on Melton in the corner...There's a chop to the head! And now a series of Heart kicks!!! Sammy Benson: Get out of there Joey!! Bill Buckly: Tsunami whips Melton into the turnbuckle, and follows him in with a elbow!!! My, gosh he was up so high he almost missed that one!! A Body slam!! And he's going up top!! Sammy Benson: I can't watch! Bill Buckly: He's off the top with a Elbow drop!! quick cover, One..Two....Two and a half, Melton is up! Melton is tossed to the outside, where Jimmy V shoves a size 12 boot to the ribs of Joey!! Sammy Benson: Where's Hooters?? Bill Buckly: What, you missed that day in Gym class... Sammy Benson: don't start.. Bill Buckly: Tsunami sends Melton into the steel railing! WHAT IMPACT!! He grabs Melton and he sends him down to the other end, and Melton's back hits hard against the railing...and Joey flips over into some fans lap!!! Tsunami with a suplex onto the cement floor!!! Here in the CSWA there's no padding!! Sammy Benson: Melton is hurt bad! Bill Buckly: Indeed he is, this new Hardcore generation has taken over! Tsunami, on the top rope! He's gonna moonsault to the outside!!! My gosh, Melton moved out of the way, and Tsunami landed on the railing! Joey slams him onto the floor! He's choking Tsunami with the tv cable! Sammy Benson: Take him to school, champ! Bill Buckly: Melton slings Tsunami over to Miss Hooters, who does a back drop!! Melton runs at Hooters, and she backdrops Joey onto Tsunami!!! WHAT IN THE WORLD!!! Sammy Benson: I love it!! Bill Buckly: Joey rolls Tsunami back into the ring, and he's got him in a Ad. stretch!! Sammy Benson: This match is physical...what's happening in the CSWA!! Bill Buckly: Wait a minute, Tsunami breaks the hold and flips Melton over! Tsunami with rake of the eyes!! And now up against the corner, a chop....but Melton moves Tsunami into the corner, he hits with a series of vicious chops!! Melton shoots Tsunami into the turnbuckle, and TSUNAMI FLIES OFF WITH A CLOTHESLINE!! What a move! One....two....th-no!!! Almost three!!! He's going up top for a reverse Moonsault....There it is, but Melton gets a foot up, and hammers Tsunami in the mouth! Sammy Benson: Yes!! Bill Buckly: Melton with a slingshot suplex..! One..and that's all! Melton with a SLEEPER HOLD!! We've got about two minutes in TV time left!! Sammy Benson: Take him, champ... Bill Buckly: In a desperation move, Tsunami rams Melton into the corner!! And an elbow to the jaw! He's climbing the ropes, and there's a STANDNG FRANK'N'STEINER if you will...ONE....Two...No!! Rhubarb Jones: One Minute, one minute remains! Bill Buckly: Tsunami up top, with a REVERSE MOONSAULT!! He hit it that time!! But, he's not covering Melton, instead he's got Miss Hooters!! Sammy Benson: Take him to town, finish him off! Bill Buckly: Joey with his finisher, THE FIGURE FOUR!!! Sammy Benson: It's over!! Rhubarb Jones: 15 seconds remain, 15 seconds!! Rhubarb Jones: THIS MATCH IS DECLARED A TIME LIMIT DRAW! Bill Buckly: The match is over, but Miss Hooters is up top!!! She nails Tsunami with her own REVERSE MOONSAULT!! WHO IS THIS WOMAN! Melton throws a chair in,.....but here comes the rest of the Suicide Squad!! Melton and Hooters leave the ring! Sammy Benson: What a match!!! Bill Buckly: Fans, we hope you've enjoyed the Pregame Show! Be sure to tune in to tomorrow's PPV SUPER BOWL BLAST!!!! The WHEEL OF DEATH is just a day away! RB: HELLO WASHINGTON, D.C.!!! The CSWA returns to the capital of our fair country, and specifically to RFK Stadium, home of the Washington Redskins. The CSWA and U- 62 are proud to kickoff this national telecast of the third annual SUPER BOWL BLAST! Let's go down to the broadcast booth with Bill Buckley and Sammy Benson! BB: Thanks, Rhubarb! The CSWA's first supercard of 1995 is being broadcast live in its entirety on U-62, the CSWA o-fish-al television partner. Tonight's card will no doubt be bigger than Super Bowl XXIX itself! SB: How can it not? Come on, the 49ers will have a field day! BB: That, as if you didn't know, is my illustrious commentating partner, Sammy Benson. SB: Thanks for the introduction, finally... BB: Uh oh, I've hurt his feelings. Oh well...tonight we've got some incredible matches for you, including our MAIN EVENT! Muppet Mania defends the Unified Tag Titles against the Masked Assassins; we've got a "Hardcore" matchup between FULL FORCE and the Suicide Squad's Beijing Dragon adn Pestilence! The First Disfunctional Family is represented in three singles matches against Jack "Summer" Samson and his friends Sgt Jimmy Banx and James Blonde. Also in action, the TR Express, Tsunami, and Eric Jackson, as well as debuts from The Dawg Pound, Platoon, Renegade, Thunder, Grim Reaper, Jesse Hennig, El Destructor, Dave Smolowitz, and the Eliminator! Whew! What a list! And that's not all: the Greensboro Title is on the line when the "Nine Inch Nail" Kevin Dunlap defends against former G'boro Champion Bonecrusher! SB: And after all those jobber matches....the real match... BB: After all those GREAT matches, plus a special interview with Joey Melton and Ms. Hooters, we've got the biggest match of the year so far! In an unprecedented match, the EN World Title, the Unified World Title, plus two BOD positions and the career of a legend are all on the line! SB: Not to mention the health of all those involved! BB: True! Tonight, everything's on the line as the CORPORATION takes on Mark Windham, EN Champ Mike Randalls and Unified Champ Hornet! SB: And for the CORP: Presidential Champ Hiroku Yakazuma, 4-time CWA Champ Mike Roiter, and a mystery partner! BB: Come on, Sammy, you can tell us who it is! SB: I don't think so, you can wait a little while longer. BB: Well, fans, we'll be back with the start of the action after this first TV time-out! RJ: And now back to RFK, home of the once-decent Washington Redskins.... BB: The competitors for our first match of the night are already in the ring. Both are making their debut in the CSWA, but are no strangers to the ring! First, the former NWC Heavyweight Champion, as well as two-time Galaxy Champion, standing at 6'10 and 375 lbs, here is The Grim Reaper!!! And his opponent, the former heavyweight champ of the WWFUL, standing at 7'6" 350 lbs, here is Thunder! GRIM REAPER vs. THUNDER An incredible match of power vs. power. The Grim Reaper wasted no time in catching Thunder with a clothesline that sent the big man reeling against the ropes. A quick belly-to-belly on the tall man, sent him to the mat early. But the Grim Reaper's attempt to catch Thunder with a flying axehandle punch missed, and the momentum changed. Thunder showed speed for a big man, putting together a flurry a moves; first an atomic drop, then a slingshot clothesline, followed by a back suplex. The Grim Reaper tried to change the momentum yet again, but a whip into the corner resulted in a big boot from Thunder, followed by an elbow drop and the quick pin. Winner: THUNDER BB: An incredible debut by both men! Both will be in the upcoming ULTRATITLE Tournament! We brought you the seeds for the Tournament last night at the PreGame Special. SB: Hey, who are half those guys anyway? BB: They're entries from other great leagues like the NWC, GFWA, SWA, ASWF, AAWC.... SB: Yeah, yeah, whatever. We all know it's fixed anyway. BB: How's that, Sammy? SB: The Final Four will probably be Mickey Benedict and three losers. Come on, how else could the old fart have won two of them? BB: Sammy, Joey Melton also won two, in fact, he's the defending champ. SB: Oh. Well, he messed up the CSWA's plans by not taking a fall! Yeah, that's it! BB: Whatever. We'll take another quick break and return with The Eliminator vs. Euphoria, and Jesse Hennig vs. El Destructo! RJ: Back to the city that Slick Willie calls home.... BB: Up next, we've got two incredible wrestlers. First, a veteran in the CSWA, a man who's been a World Tag Team Champion, as well as a Presidential Champ, this is EUPHORIA! His opponent, making his debut in the CSWA and gearing up for the ULTRATITLE; this is a man who holds many credits to his name. He was the unbeaten PYBA US Champion, the undefeated CWA Intracontinental Champ, as well as the current undefeated SWA United States Champion, this is THE ELIMINATOR! EUPHORIA vs. THE ELIMINATOR It seemed that Alicia's coma must have been on Eli's mind, because he certainly took it out on Euphoria! Euphoria, known for his singles ability, was MANHANDLED by the 6'8", 296 Eliminator. Eli looked like he was giving a clinic as he belly-to-back suplexed, back-bodydropped, jackknifed, DDTed, and suplex piledrove the seemingly defenseless Euphoria!! The Eliminator finally ended the match using his self-styled finisher with the same name. The Eliminator, a modified Sharpshooter, ended the match quickly with the submission from Euphoria, and the win for The Eliminator! Winner: THE ELIMINATOR BB: An incredible CSWA debut for an incredible wrestler! SB: It's not like it matters, he's retiring after the Ultratitle anyway. Guess he just can't hack it. BB: Come on, Sammy, the man's going through a terrible tragedy! SB: Yeah, whatever, if ya can't stand the fire, then get the h*ll out of the kitchen! BB: That's pretty harsh! Now making their way to the ring are two stars from the NWC! First, from Mexico City, standing at 6'4", 273 lbs. This is EL DESTRUCTO! His opponent is the master of the Snap DDT, from Minneapolis, at 6'1" 220 lbs, here is JESSE HENNIG! SB: Hey, doesn't he have a brother...? EL DESTRUCTO vs. JESSE HENNIG Another great match by both men. El Destructo took control early, catching Hennig with an eye gouge, followed by a double-arm suplex. Hennig fought back with a quick ad stretch followed by an armlock, but was quickly reverse when El Destructo dealt Hennig a very low blow. ED never let up after that, using chokes, eye gouge, and even biting Hennig. Finally, Hennig was enough off guard that El Destructo was able to use his finisher, a backbreaker/neckbreaker combination. Winner: EL DESTRUCTO BB: Those were two of the NWC's finest! A quick announcement here folks: the NWC and the CSWA have announced a series of two interleague cards to take place in February following the Ultratitle Tournament! More information on those cards should be coming up in the next days and weeks ahead! Up now.... RENEGADE vs. "ENFORCER" ERIC JACKSON Jackson lived up to his name in this one. Jackson has been calling for title shots, and he proved that the CSWA Championship Committee had better give him more than a glance after this one. He countered everything the huge 7'2" Renegade had to offer, and dealt back much of his own that hit the mark. In the end, it was an attempt at a 2nd-rope clothesline that ended the match for Renegade, as Jackson rolled out of the way and then rolled Renegade up for the pin. Winner: ERIC JACKSON SB: Yeah, yeah, I wanna see the WHEEL! BB: Patience, Sammy, patience. There's still a lot more action to go before we get to the WHEEL of DEATH match! SB: But I wanna see Hornet and Windham spinning around at the speed of light as flames fly all around them! BB: Up now, the first of three matches in a quickly- developing feud. The First Disfunctional Family have not seemed to get along well with Jack Samson and his friends. The more-hardcore Family have not taken well to Samson's boasts that he'll take the Ultratitle Tournament by storm. They hope to silence him tonight with wins over him and his friends. The first matchup of three in that feud is up next! SGT. JIMMY BANX vs. WAIKIKI STRANGLER The ex-cop met up with the ex-alleged murderer, and the fighting was fierce. The current undefeated GFWA TV Champ literally attacked Banx as he entered the ring. The Strangler caught Banx with a karate kick to the throat, and then followed with a power slam. A quick brainbuster by the Strangler, and it seemed as if it might be over for Banx that soon. But Banx rolled out of the ring, avoiding the Strangler's attempts to reach him and continue the match outside the ring. That quick rest for Banx enabled him to head butt the Strangler through the ropes as he entered the ring. Banx follwed up with an uppercut punch and a belly to back suplex. The Strangler then got caught with a backdrop followed by a big boot. Sgt. Banx didn't let up after that, clothesline WS, and in the end, catching him with the Sgt.'s Slam. Winner: SGT. JIMMY BANX RJ: Back to the home of the great team Richie Pettibon destroyed in just weeks.... BB: Round 2 of the matches between the First Disfunctional Family and Samson and his crew are up soon. But first, "Superstud" Dave Smolowitz makes his debut in the CSWA, meeting "Hurricane" Donnie Rose. DAVE SMOLOWITZ vs. DONNIE ROSE There's no other way to describe the 6'5", 251 lb man in this match than incredible. Smolowitz, the current BBW Champ, was unstoppable as he had his way with Rose. Belly to bellys suplexes gave way to DDTs, neckbreakers, piledrivers, with gave way to moonsaults, TR bulldogs. The only saving grace for Rose was when Smolowitz ended the match with the Studslam, a TR Powerbomb for the win! Winner: "SUPERSTUD" DAVE SMOLOWITZ Round TWO of the First Disfunctional Family/Samson and Friends Challenge ...... JAMES BLONDE vs. RATTLER An incredible difference in size marked this matchup. Blonde, used to being able to overpower his opponents, stnading at 6'5" and 276 lbs, found his tactics a little less than perfect against the 7'6" 331 lb Rattler. Blonde tried to send The Rattler to the mat with dropkicks, but only succeeded in causing Rattler to stagger a little. From there the man from the Amazon went wild, catching Blonde with a chokeslam. The current GFWA United States Champ then followed with a DDT, and a powerslam. Blonde tried to catch Rattler with an elbow, only to have it blocked and find himself being gorilla press slammed onto the mat. A final indian chop clothesline followd by a tombstone piledriver ended the match with a debut win in the CSWA by The Rattler. Winner: THE RATTLER BB: Well, with The Rattler's win, and Sgt. Jimmy Banx's win, it seems as if the match between the two 'leaders' of this feud will decide who has the bragging rights. SB: And we care about this because..... BB: Shut up, Benson. When we return from these commercials, we'll have TR Express in action, as well as Tsunami! RJ: Back to the house Joe Gibbs made famous... BB: SUPER BOWL BLAST continues with a match between top tag team contenders and a rookie team here in the CSWA. The Dawg Pound are former stars in the ECW and have just recently entered the SWA as well as the CSWA. TR EXPRESS vs. THE DAWG POUND All the odds seemed to rest in TR Express's favor, but apparently no one told The Dawg Pound about the odds! Rottweiler finished this quick tag team match up against Tony Eaton using a HUGE power slam that took the wind out of TR's sails. Winner: THE DAWG POUND TSUNAMI vs. PLATOON The huge 7'4" 300 lb Platoon was making his debut in the CSWA. He was up against the much small former World Junior Champion, Tsunami, who stands at 6', 245 lbs. Platoon, a Vietnam vet, must certainly have been having some flashbacks seeing the masked man from Indonesia. Platoon came out of the corner early like a madman, catching Tsunami with a vicious flying elbow, followed with a knee drop. But the young member of the "Hardcore" Generation wasn't ready to lay down and give up. He used his speed to catch Platoon with a savat kick and follow up with a cradle suplex. Platoon responded quickly, catching Tsunami with a headbutt and then hooking in a sleeper hold. Tsunami was able to grab the ropes, forcing Platoon to break the hold. From there, Tsunami used a savat kick, followed by a spinning leg drop to put Platoon to the mat. From there, the smaller man used a Falcon's Flight, followed by another top rope maneuver, an Alabama Jam. Platoon tried to make it to his feet, but Tsunami's DDT kept him on the mat. Tsunami could have gotten the cover there, but he headed up to the top rope yet again and came off with a TR Double Reverse Moonsault!!! Winner: TSUNAMI BB: After this break, a special interview with USN Champ Joey Melton! SB: AND Ms. Hooters! RJ: Back in RFK, where Stan Parsons is about to get a thrill.... BB: Welcome back to SUPER BOWL BLAST. We're going to head down to the floor to Stan Parsons for a very special interview. Stan? SP: Thanks, Bill. My special guest is about to join me here at ringside. He is the former CSWA World Heavyweight Champion, as well as a former seven-time Intracontinental Champion, and a two-time ULTRATITLE Tournament Champion. He has held the Unified World Tag Team Championships on two occasions, and is a former ABWA and PCWA World Champion. He is also the current United States/National Champion. Joined by his 'manager,' Miss Hooters, this is "ARROGANCE" JOEY MELTON! (crowd boos as Melton approaches, some catcalls for Ms. Hooters) Thanks for joining me, Joey. JM: Thanks, Stan, and you can call me Mr. Melton. SP: Well...Mr. Melton, until the past couple of weeks it seemed as if you had been in a severe slump. You were title-less, and for much of late 1994, you were winless in big matches. But you ended the year big, winning the USN Title from Flic Rair. JM: Stan, I owe it all to one person, and that's beautiful manager here, Miss Hooters. She's given me the inspiration I need to go back to the top and become the Unified Champion again. SP: I bet she has. But, if I may ask her, Miss Hooters, what exactly is it that you DO? Other than the obvious, of course. JM: You're treading on dangerous ground, Parsons. I don't think Miss Hooters wants to speak with you anyway. She does all the things that a normal manager does, and a whole lot more, as you saw in the matches against Rair and Tsunami. SP: Yes we did. Actually, Joey, I mean, MR. Melton, I was asked to introduce a special fan of Miss Hooters. JM: What are you talking about? SP: Here is the man who calls himself Miss Hooters #1 fan, this is TIMMY WINDHAM!!!!!! (Windham walks down the aisle with a bouquet of flowers.) JM: You've got to be kidding. That stupid Muppet thinks he's in love with Miss Hooters? SP: That appears to be it. Come on, Joey, he just wants to give her some flowers. BB: This has got to be one of the strangest things we've seen in a while. Melton and Windham hate each other, but apparently, they both like Ms. Hooters! Miss Hooters whispers something in Melton's ear. He smiles, nods, and steps back into the corner. Meanwhile, Windham has just made his way to the ring. He steps through the ropes. Uh oh, he tripped over the bottom rope. He couldn't balance himself with those flowers in his hands. Wait a minute, he's headed straight for......oh my Lord, this can't be happening. Melton is furious. He charges Windham, and knocks him through the middle rope onto the floor! We'll be back after this! RJ: Back to RFK, where a Muppet has just made it to second base with Miss Hooters! SB: I can't believe I just saw what I think I saw! Please tell me I'm dreaming! BB: Um, no, Sammy. Fans, we're sorry about that. Apparently Timmy Windham tripped on his way through the ropes. In order to stop himself from falling he grabs the first thing he could to steady himself.....unfortunately, that just happened to be Ms. Hooters...well, hooters. SB: Joey's gonna kill that stupid Muppet once and for all after this. He just made a mockery of Ms. Hooters! BB: I'm sure it was an accident, Sammy! I can't imagine that Timmy would blatantly grab her...there on purpose on national TV! SB: Well why not, everybody else wants to! BB: That's enough. Let's move on before we get thrown off the air!!!! Making their way to the ring for our next match: this is the third and final match in tonight's series between the First Disfunctional Family and Samson and friends. Each group has won one match each, so this is the apparent rubber match between the two groups. First, from somewhere in Alaska, standing at 7'3" and 451 lbs. This man has only been defeated once so far in his career and he is the current GFWA Intercontinental Champion, this is ESKIMO JOE!!!! His opponent is no small man himself, at 6'8" and 303 lbs. He is from Venice Beach, CA, and besides being the former LWF World Heavyweight Champion along with other championships to his credit, he is one of the #1 seeds in the upcoming 1995 Ultratitle Tournament! This is...JACK "SUMMER" SAMSON!!!! ESKIMO JOE vs. JACK SAMSON These two huge men collided with the force of an atomic bomb! After the first lockup, Eskimo Joe came out on top, wrapping Samson up with a half-nelson and then following with a suplex from the half-nelson position. The insane eskimo followed up with a karate kick to the throat as Samson climbed to his feet. With that advantage, Joe was able to catch Samson with a short clothesline. He tried to follow up, but Samson quickly rolled out of the ring. When he came back in, the momentum had changed. Samson charged the bigger man, scooping him up and putting him down with a body slam. Eskimo Joe tried to hook in the half-nelson for the suplex again, but Samson broke the hold and pulled Joe down with a quick DDT!!! That broke the door open for Samson, who quickly followed with a legdrop to keep the bigger man on the mat. And then in an incredible demonstration of strength and power, Samson scooped up the 451 lb eskimo and executed the SummerSlam!!!! With that running powerslam finisher, the match was over in the count of 1-2-3. Winner: JACK "SUMMER" SAMSON BB: And so, the First Disfunctional Family goes down in defeat to Jack Samson et al. We'll be back with another growing feud after this! FULL FORCE and the Suicide Squad are next! RJ: And now, back to RFK, where we're just three matches away from the WHEEL OF DEATH! BB: Thanks, Rhubarb. He's right, the WHEEL is coming up soon, but first we've got another great tag team match! This one is a top contenders match between two incredible tag teams. First, two men from opposite sides of the world who have joined together to wreak havoc and destruction....here are Pestilence and Beijing Dragon, the SUICIDE SQUAD! And their opponents, the #1 contenders to the Unified Tag Championships, from Miami, Fl., the former US Tag Team Champions "Tigerman" JW Collins and "Cocky" Craig Miles, they are...FULL FORCE!!!!!! This one promises to be a "Hardcore" matchup. SUICIDE SQUAD vs. FULL FORCE Collins started this one off against Pestilence. But it was Pestilence who got the quick upper hand, catching Collins with an unorthodox abdominal claw. Collins grabbed the ropes but Pestilence wouldn't release the hold! Instead, he converted it into a brainbuster, sending Collins flying! Collins quickly tagged in Miles, who has a little more luck, hooking in a sleeper on Pestilence after softening him up with a belly to back suplex. Pestilence broke the hold by dropping to the mat, and having Miles' jaw connect with his head! Pestilence followed that break with a gorebuster on the Cocky one. Collins quickly came in to help out his partner, and things went haywire as all four men met in the ring. Beijing Dragon quickly send Collins back out of the ring, this time over the top rope and onto the concrete! But the ref missed it, so there was no DQ! Besides, the Dragon followed his prey, soaring over the top rope and nailing Collins with a shoulder! Meanwhile inside the ring, Miles had come out on top, at least for the moment, with an ad stretch hooked in on the big man from Liverpool. Pestilence broke the hold, but found himself immediately on the mat with a 360 degree power slam by Miles!! Outside the ring, Beijing Dragon continued his assault on Collins by choking him on the metal barricade, and then throwing him head first into the iron ring post!! BD didn't stop there, however, as he wrapped one of our microphone cords around Collins' neck and started choking him! Miles, in the ring, caught Pestilence with a DDT, and then proceeded to nail him to the mat with a spinning piledriver. Pestilence was out on his feet, once Miles stood him back up in the center of the ring, setting him up for his finisher, the Cocky line. But Miles had forgotten about his partner, as well as Pestilence's. As Miles hit the ropes preparing to follow with the Cocky Line, all he found himself doing was crashing headfirst into the mat as the Beijing Dragon reached out and tripped him. Pestilence then took that moment to fall back onto the mat. As luck would have it, the now semi-conscious Miles was under him. The ref counted it, and the Suicide Squad got the upset win! Out of the four men who started the match, only Beijing Dragon still remained conscious to hear the final bell! Winners: SUICIDE SQUAD RJ: Back to the new home of 'Hardcore...' BB: Up next, we've got our first championship matchup of the night! First, standing at 6'7" and 325 pounds, this man is a former Greensboro Champion, as well as a previous USN Heavyweight Champion. He is BONECRUSHER!!! His opponent is the current Greensboro Heavyweight Champion. Here is "Nine Inch Nail" KEVIN DUNLAP!!! KEVIN DUNLAP vs. BONECRUSHER For the Greensboro Title This one was never in doubt from the get-go. Bonecrusher is the #2 contender to the Unified World Championship, and he showed exactly why in this match. Before the first bell rang, he had Dunlap off center with a savat kick. He followed with a short clothesline, and then a belly to belly suplex. Dunlap was quick to his feet, but the big man was even quicker, nailing the "Nine inch Nail" to the mat with an implant DDT. From there it was a clinic as Bonecrusher showed off his slingshot suplex, followed by a tombstone piledriver. He mercifully ended it by setting Dunlap up with a spinebuster. Then it was time for his finisher, the dreaded Powerbomb! The one-two-three was never in doubt after that awesome maneuver. Winner and NEW GREENSBORO CHAMPION: BONECRUSHER BB: We're going to take a short break, and then we'll be back with the Unified Tag Team Championship match! RJ: Back to SUPER BOWL BLAST where MUPPET MANIA is about to run wild.... BB: We're back and ready for the match to determine the Unified World Tag Team Championships! First, making their way to the ring, from Parts Unknown, standing at 6'9, 335 pounds, and 6'5" 245 pounds respectively. Here are Scope and Bullet, the MASKED ASSASSINS!!!! And their opponents, first standing at 5'11" and 200 pounds, from 'somewhere in Mexico', this is the MEXICAN MUPPET! His partner from Sweetwater, Texas, standing 5'10" 240 pounds, is the man known as "Muppet Kid" TIMMY WINDHAM! Together they are the current Unified Tag Team Champions MUPPET MANIA! MUPPET MANIA vs. MASKED ASSASSINS For the Unified World Tag Team Championships The man (now muppet) formerly known as El Nino started out against Scope, the power man of the Assassins. Scope was on top early, catching MM with a short clothesline followed by a leg drop. A press slam set the Mexican Muppet up for a tag and doubleteam by the Assassins. The Assassins caught MM with a double elbow, and then Bullet nailed MM with a huge belly to belly. He went for the cover, but MM was able to kick out after only a one-count. Bullet followed with a savat kick and a moonsault from the top!!! Then Bullet made the one mistake of the match by the Assassins; he went for the 360 degree splash from the top. But while he was getting it ready, MM had enough time to rest and then move, causing Bullet to face plant himself on the mat. MM was able to tag in Timmy Windham, but Bullet was somehow able to tag in Scope. Windham caught Scope with a flying dropkick out of the corner, but Scope was up quickly. Scope delivered a short clothesline to Muppet Kid, who countered with leg scissors! Scope grabbed the ropes, but Timmy was able to catch him in a flying fish leglock! Once again, it was quickly broken but did it's damage. Scope was able to catch Windham with a russian leg sweep followed by a press slam, but the small Muppet Kid was still up quickly, nailing Scope with another flying dropkick. Windham followed with a Miss Piggy stomp, and then nailed a dropkick from the top rope to set Scope up for the three-count. Winners and still Unified Tag Champs: MUPPET MANIA BB: Up next, the WHEEL OF DEATH!!!!! RJ: Back to RFK, where the screaming fans are ready for the WHEEL to spin! BB: We are almost ready for the MAIN EVENT of this year's SUPER BOWL BLAST! While the crews put the WHEEL together, let me tell you a little bit about this match. First, the WHEEL OF DEATH match itself. The match was designed to be the ultimate grudge match. It is one of the most dangerous matches in the entire CSWA, second only to the Deadly FIREHOUSE match. Here's the basic layout. The normal ring is surrounded entirely by a steel cage. The cage itself extends around the ring almost to the metal barricade in front of the fans. On top of the ring, a platform has been constructed. This platform is a little smaller than the normal ring area, and is also enclosed by a cage. The only way into the second level from the ring is through two trap doors connected by ladders. The doors are set to open and close every 15 seconds. The third and final level is located above the platform level, and connected to the second level by trapdoors. The top of the cage is barely big enough to hold the six competitors. It is surrounded by ring ropes to keep them from falling off. And in the center is the WHEEL OF DEATH! The WHEEL itself is shaped so that it can hold three men on it. There are wrist and ankle restraints to keep the wrestlers from flying off, as well as a head restraint. These restraints may well save the losing team from serious injury, because once the WHEEL has started turning, it can reach up to 45 miles an hour! And as if that weren't enough, fireworks and flames shoot out of the WHEEL itself, illuminating the stadium. To win the match, you must strap your opponents into the WHEEL. However, there's another catch. The WHEEL doesn't discriminate. Once three wrestlers are strapped in, it starts turning. So, the team who straps the most members of the opposing team into the WHEEL and starts it turning, wins. Also, paramedics are on standby, because when this match is over, these six men are going to need them. And a final catch: once the WHEEL has started, the remaining wrestlers must scramble down through the trap doors in order to avoid being struck by fireworks or flames from the WHEEL! I think it's fair to say that there truly are NO winners in this match. All six men will be battered and bruised, and probably bloody. This match is to see who can hurt their opposition the most. But I don't think you'll find any of the six wrestlers involved complaining about the brutality of the match. They've asked for it specifically because they want to injure their opponents. BB: Plus, as you know, there are a few other things on the line in this match as well. Maybe least importantly are the Unified World and EN World Championships, and that's saying a lot! Also on the line are two of the CSWA Board of Director's spots, now controlled by Ray S. Cornette. Also on the line is Mark Windham's career, because if Ray S. remains in control of the BOD, then his threat to ban Windham from the CSWA becomes a reality. As for the titles, we've been told that should the CORP win, whoever straps Hornet or Randalls into the WHEEL will be awarded that respective title. So, without any further adieu, let's send it to Rhubarb Jones who has the introductions. Rhubarb, take it away. RJ: Wrestling fans, this match is tonight's MAIN EVENT here in RFK Stadium! It is a six-man event, with no time limit and no disqualification. The winning team is decided when the WHEEL begins to spin. Whichever team has more men in the WHEEL once it starts is the losing team. I will announce one man from each team at a time, and he will enter the steel cage on the first level. First, this man truly needs no introduction. He is one of the premiere athletes in the CSWA and the entire wrestling world today. He is a former 4-time United States Champion, Presidential, Greensboro, and USN Champion, not to mention a former UNIFIED World Heavyweight Champion plus his titles in other leagues. Tonight, this man's career is on the line: here is..."THE LIVING LEGEND" MARK WINDHAM!!!!! (Crowd roars as Windham approaches the ring) Next, from the team representing the CORPORATION, this man has taken the CSWA by storm in recent months. He is the current CSWA Presidential Champion, here is.....HIROKU YAKAZUMA!!! (Crowd boos) Tagging with Mark Windham, this man is also one of the great wrestlers in the world today. He proved that by taking on incredible competition to become the current two-time Enterprise WORLD Heavyweight Champion. This is: "DEVASTATING" MIKE RANDALLS! (Crowd cheers wildly, now on their feet in excitement) Also from the CORPORATION, this is one of their most recent additions. And he was a good acquistion for Cornette, because he is a former USN Champion, as well as a former Unified Tag Team Champion. He is also a four- time CWA World Champion. This is....MIKE ROITER!!!!! (Mixed cheers and boos from crowd) The final member of the first team, this man is from down in Greensboro, North Carolina. He is the man responsible for merging over 35 World Championships into one belt, and he is also the only man ever to hold that UNIFIED World Heavyweight Championship twice. He is, the one, the only, HORNET!!! (Crowd roars) And the final member of the CORPORATION: This man's identity has been in question for over a month now. He is the CORPORATION's Mr. X, and the newest member of the CORP. It's safe to say that he has a vendetta against each and every one of the opposing team. And he's ready to set things aflame tonight. He is...........HEAT!!!!! BB: Oh my dear Lord! BB: HEAT is the CORPORATION's mystery partner!!!???? And we thought this match couldn't get any bigger! HEAT hates Hornet for winning the US Title away from him over a year- and-a-half ago! He hates Windham from their old feud around that same time, and he hates Randalls because of Mike's recent sneak attacks on him! This is incredible! All six men are now in the cage, and they start going at it even before the door is shut and locked! HEAT is all over Randalls, Roiter and Windham are going at it, as are Yakazuma and Hornet. These men are ready to hurt each other! Randalls catches HEAT with a back suplex, but gets nailed with a knee lift and a DDT. Yakazuma catches Hornet with a german suplex, while Windham has the claw hooks squarely on Roiter! Roiter throws Windham up against the ropes, breaking the claw, and the delivers a belly to back suplex of his own! In the meanwhile, Randalls is still on the defensive, with HEAT hooking in an abdominal stretch!! The momentum between Yakazuma and Hornet has changed, with Hornet now delivering a belly to back, and following with a bear hug! Windham is up, and he trips up Roiter. He tries to hook in a figure four, but Roiter kicks him away. Windham climbs back to his feet, but Roiter is ready with a superkick!! Randalls catches HEAT with antoher back suplex, and then quickly cinches in a step-over-toe hold. Yakazuma catches Hornet in a full nelson, but finds it broken quickly. Hornet sends Yakazuma into the ropes, and then sends him sailing with a huge back drop! Yakazuma just went over the top ropes and got drilled into the floor! He missed the the ropes, the apron, everything! He could already be seriously injured! HEAT breaks the step-over and catches Randalls with a belly to belly, while Windham is punching the tar out of Mike Roiter! Hornet is all alone on the far side of the ring, but he's charging the other side. Yakazuma has finally started to make it to his feet!! Here comes Hornet over the top rope!!!!! He NAILS Yakazuma with a flying shoulder block! Yakazuma flies into the cage, and I think he's unconscious! Hornet could have ended his own career with that move! Speaking of ending careers, HEAT has Randalls up on his shoulders, and he's climbing the ropes! Roiter has Windham scooped up and he delivers a thunderous powerslam! Wait a second! HEAT is going for the top rope powerbomb on Randalls, but he's not turning towards the ring! Oh no! He's going to powerbomb Randalls onto the floor below! That's at least twelve feet below, Randalls could be killed if he hits the wrong way! HEAT has him up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BB: HEAT has him up! But Hornet runs in from underneath and pushes HEAT backwards!!! Hornet was down on the floor, he jumped to the apron and knocked HEAT off balance! Both HEAT and Randalls plummet to the ring behind them, but at least it wasn't to the concrete floor down below! Hornet returns to the floor and picks up Hiroku Yakazuma. He puts him over his shoulder, and he starting to head to the second level! Roiter tries to suplex Windham, but Mark reverses the momentum and snap suplexes Mike Roiter into the mat. HEAT and Randalls are still down on the mat, both men struggling to get up. Hornet has Yakazuma up, and he pushes him through the trap door onto the second level! Now Hornet climbs down the ladder to rejoin the action, making it three-on-two! Hornet trips up Roiter as he comes off the ropes to clothesline Windham. Windham uses the opportunity to DDT Roiter into the mat! Hornet helps Randalls to his feet, and sends him up the ladder to the second level. Before going up himself, Hornet belly to back suplexes HEAT to keep him down. Windham quickly follows to the second level, leaving only HEAT and Roiter on the first. Randalls has already scooped up Yakazuma, and he's attempting to take him up to the WHEEL level. Roiter is on his way up the ladder, trying to stop Randalls' team from getting Yakazuma up and hooking him in the WHEEL. Roiter is up, but he finds that he has Hornet to contend with. No problem, he simple grabs Hornet's foot and trips him from on the ladder. That gives Roiter time to clear the trap door before it closes. Down on the first level, HEAT is also climbing the ladder, but he'll have to wait another 15 seconds before the door opens. Windham and Randalls have succeeded in pushing Yakazuma to the WHEEL level, but the door closes before either one of them can follow to hook him in the WHEEL. Roiter and Hornet are trading punches on the platform level, while the trapdoor finally opens and HEAT plunges through. HEAT trips up Hornet and sends him down hard with a DDT. Windham and Randalls attack HEAT and Roiter, all four men trading punches, as Hornet rolls out of the way. Hornet makes it to his feet, and he begins climbing up the ladder towards the WHEEL level. Unfortunately, I don't think he sees Yakazuma up there waiting for him! Yakazuma drags Hornet up by his hair and throws him toward the WHEEL. Hornet hits hard, but rolls away before Yakazuma has any kind of chance to strap him in. Down on the platform level, Windham and Randalls have teamed up to send HEAT flying into the cage. Randalls heads up the ladder while Windham takes on Roiter. HEAT is up, and he follows Randalls up the ladder. As those two men make it to the WHEEL level, the trapdoor closes, and won't open for another thirty seconds or so. However, Windham had been on his way up the ladder, and now he's stranded. Roiter takes advantage of the situation and pulls him down, sending Mark crashing to the platform. BB: Four men are up on the WHEEL level, while two remain on the platform level. Up on top, Randalls and HEAT are locked together, while Yakazuma and Hornet are grappling to see who can gain control over the other. Hornet has the edge in strength, while Yakazuma's agility is unmatches. On the second level, Roiter catches Windham with a power slam, and heads up the ladder through the now-open trapdoor. Windham is up, and tries to follow, but once again the door closes. That means that all three CORP members are on top, while Windham remains below. Roiter and HEAT have teamed up on Randalls, while Yakazuma catches Hornet with an elbow and a german suplex. Roiter scoops Randalls up and body slams him on to the cage wiring below. HEAT grabs Randalls by the hair and forces him towards the WHEEL! Roiter has one arm, while HEAT has the other and they are strapping Randalls into the WHEEL! Meanwhile, Hornet whips Yakazuma across the small space, and he collides with HEAT, sending both CORP members to the cold steel below. And Windham is now through the trap door. He pulls Roiter away from Randalls and cold-cocks him. Randalls undoes the one strap affixed to his wrist and now he's all over HEAT, grinding his face into the cage below! Hornet has Yakazuma in a full nelson, while Windham is trying to hook in a figure four on Roiter, but there's simply not enough room. HEAT is on his feet, but blood is streaming from cuts in his forehead caused by Randalls. But HEAT sends Randalls flying across the small space and into the ropes, then nails him with a shortarm clothesline! Hornet has Yakazuma up in a backbreaker, and he's not letting go for anything! Roiter and Windham meanwhile are now trading punches and chops, both echoing throughout the building! Hornet drops Yakazuma to the steel below, and the drags him towards the WHEEL! Yakazuma suffered so much punishment early in this match, I'm surprised he's been able to stay conscious until now! Hornet has Yakazuma's back on the WHEEL and he's trying to get those restraints hooked in. The man from Sapporo, Japan is struggling to get away, but Hornet has too much strength left. Yakazuma already has one hand and ankle strapped to the WHEEL. HEAT meanwhile has Randalls in a headlock. Randalls struggles to get free, but HEAT swings him around and delivers a neckbreaker!!!! Windham and Roiter are still swinging, and Yakazuma is now hooked in the WHEEL!!! Bulbs light up around Yakazuma, showing that one man is in the WHEEL! HEAT, however, takes Hornet unawares and slams his head into the metal WHEEL!! Now it's Hornet's turn to begin being strapped into the WHEEL! Windham tries to get over to help, but Roiter clips him and bulldogs him into the wire. HEAT has one wrist and one ankle hooked in on the struggling Hornet! BB: HEAT goes to strap Hornet's other ankle onto the WHEEL, but he gets kicked in the head by Randalls! Randalls undoes the straps on Hornet's wrist and ankle, and both men double team HEAT. Roiter, in the meanwhile, has an armbar on Windham, who delivers a low blow to the CWA Champ. Roiter falls to his knees, and then gets the claw hooked on him! HEAT catches Randalls with an elbow to the eye, but Hornet catches him with a brainbuster. Now Hornet has HEAT up in the backbreaker, while Windham slams Roiter into the WHEEL with the claw still hooked on. Randalls is still recovering from that elbow to the eye. Hold on a second, something's going on near the bottom of the WHEEL. Someone's coming out from under the ring apron! A masked man is climbing the ladder with a chair! He's made it to the second level and he's working his way up to the third. On the WHEEL level, Windham is still trying to strap Roiter in. Randalls has recovered and he's helping Mark out. Hornet still has HEAT up on his shoulders in the backbreaker. But none of the men see the masked man climbing up through the final trapdoor with the chair. Windham and Randalls are too busy with Roiter. The masked man passes them by and heads over towards Hornet who has is facing away! The masked man cocks the chair back and SLAMS it into the Hornet's back! Hornet screams in pain, and HEAT falls to the wire along with Hornet. Something's terribly wrong, I think Hornet's back may have been reinjured!!! Windham and Randalls have Roiter hooked into the WHEEL, and now they see what's gone on! The masked man with the chair is still hammering away and yelling at Hornet, while HEAT tries to keep the other two men away from the action!!!! Now something's going on ABOVE the WHEEL!!!!! The lights suspended above the ring are mostly off except for those spotted directly on the action, and there's someone moving around up there!! A man drops the eight feet from the lights to the WHEEL level and catches the masked man with an elbow. It's the EARL OF DOOM!!!!!! EOD has the masked man and slams him headfirst into the WHEEL! EOD has saved Hornet!! Randalls and Windham doubleteam HEAT, sending him to the hard steel. EOD's trying to pull the mask off of the stranger! Windham and Randalls go over to help, and HEAT slips down to the platform level through the trapdoor! HEAT is out of the action. EOD and Mark have the mask off. It's WILDSTAR!!!!!! Hornet's former protege! WILDSTAR attacked Hornet with a chair!!!!! Windham hooks the claw on and slams Wildstar into the WHEEL while EOD and Randalls begin to hook him in! Hornet is on his feet, grimacing in severe pain. He hobbles over to the WHEEL and delivers a hard right hand, his parting shot to Wildstar as the WHEEL begins to move!!! Three men are hooked in, and now the other four men on the WHEEL level have got to get down! Windham has Hornet draped over his shoulders and he heads down first. HEAT has already gotten down to the bottom level! The WHEEL is gaining momentum, and the fire has started to shoot out of it!!! Yakazuma, Roiter, and Wildstar can't be heard over the screams of the fans as the WHEEL spins at 45 mph!!!! The winners of the match are Mike Randalls, Mark Windham, and Hornet!!!! Cornette will have to vacate the BOD, and Windham's career not to mention the two World Titles are safe!!!! That's all the time we have folks!!! See you at the Ultratitle!
